Pre-requisites:
To obtain your Real Estate License in NJ, salespeople must be 18 years old and have a high school diploma or a GED. No residency is required. SSI or TIN number required. Must complete a 75-hour salesperson course & pass a state licensing exam. Our goal is to get you ready to pass that exam. Upon completion of our class you will receive your Diploma and the Completion Certificate, which is your ticket for the state exam.
The subject matter you will learn is based on an outline provided by the NJ Real Estate Commission and includes all phases of Real Estate. No Class May 24th & 27th
